How It Works
Preferred Rewards is a rewards program for the residents of Preferred Apartment Communities (PAC). The Preferred Rewards Program acknowledges residents in good standing by rewarding points for events and for taking advantage of conveniences offered during their residency at a Preferred Apartment Community.
PAC residents start to accrue points at move-in and are able to accrue points monthly by paying rent by the 1st of each month. Rent can be paid in person at the community Leasing Office or online through our PAC website/resident portal. PAC residents also accrue points by renewing at the end of their lease term, and by referring friends/family who move into the community.
A current, signed lease and Preferred Rewards Point Acknowledgement is required for all residents. These documents must be signed by resident and PAC Management.
