PAC will be offering a generous company match of 100% on the first 6% of teammate contributions to the 401K plan. In addition, teammates become full vested in company contributions immediately.

PAC offers teammates a generous PTO program. New teammates receive 17 days off per year, with annual accrual increasing with years of service. All full-time teammates receive 3 floating holidays per year to use as they wish. On top of that, we offer 13 Paid Holidays per year!

PAC understands the importance of work-life balance. We offer a hybrid work model, and a general PTO policy, to allow teammates to find the right fit between growing their careers and prioritizing personal and family time.

PAC offers an Educational Assistance Program to help teammates to continue to learn and develop. Through EAP, PAC reimburses employees up to $5,250 per year for approved undergraduate and graduate courses taken as a part of a degree program.

PAC Gives Back is the philanthropic platform our company and teammates have created to provide assistance to those in need. All teammates have 8 hours of paid volunteer time to use for the charitable organization of their choice.

PAC partners with CoreGiving as our main initiative for local and global impact. CoreGiving is an organization that is dedicated to eliminating the growing problem of childhood hunger by feeding bodies and minds.

PAC demonstrates our commitment to teammate’s health and well-being through a variety of programs including Ginger (confidential mental healthcare through the Ginger app at no cost to employees and their dependents age 13 and older), Employee Assistance Program and comprehensive low cost and no-cost health insurance plans for teammates and their dependents.
