PCS is the distribution platform for Preferred Apartment Communities’ preferred stock offerings. New Market Properties is a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc. and is focused on the grocery-anchored, necessity based shopping center sector. New Market currently owns and operates a portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers in seven Sunbelt states.
