PCS is the distribution platform for Preferred Apartment Communities’ preferred stock offerings. PCS is a registered Broker Dealer in all 50 states and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Security Investment Protection Corporation (SIPC).
Main Street Apartment Homes is a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of PAC Inc. Main Street was formed primarily to acquire and operate multifamily communities in select targeted markets through the United States funded with advantageous, long-term mortgage financing.
