MAEGAN TAYLOR

VICE PRESIDENT - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Maegan Taylor serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience.  She joined PAC in 2015 and has over 11 years of experience in multifamily and student housing property management. During her tenure with Preferred Apartment Communities, she has held multiple roles overseeing market intelligence, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, and systems design and implementation for major company platforms and initiatives.  She has transformed the way that PAC externally and internally obtains and analyzes customer sentiment data to provide an exceptional customer experience. She also leads the Customer Support Team responsible for facilitating resolutions between customers and operational leadership.

Maegan’s innovative approach to designing customer and employee journey mapping has been instrumental in PAC’s achievement of numerous reputational and experience awards.

Before joining PAC, Maegan held progressive positions at American Campus Communities.
