She is dedicated to operational excellence, optimizing asset performance, and leading teams. In her role, Carol designs and implements management strategies, spearheads marketing initiatives, ensures smooth asset transitions, and develops effective property strategies. As a committed mentor, she is passionate about nurturing and developing employees to help them grow and succeed.

Carol is actively involved with the Melbourne Apartment Association and has served as both President and Vice President. She holds Certified Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certifications from the National Apartment Association.

Residing in Melbourne, FL, with her husband and two dogs, Carol enjoys live music, working out, and spending quality time with her family.

Preferred Apartment Communities does not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and have not done so in the prior 12 months.
