WILLEM NICHOLS

VICE PRESIDENT - MARKETING OPERATIONS

Willem Nichols serves as the Vice President of Marketing Operations at Preferred Apartment Communities, having joined the company in 2016. With 14 years of property management experience, Willem supports driving sales and marketing strategies for PAC’s stabilized assets and lease up communities. 

Willem began his career as a sales associate in student housing, holding prominent roles at Ambling Management Company and Preferred Campus Management where he successfully managed 7,000 beds before transitioning to multifamily management. In his current role, he leads the strategy behind sales, marketing, social media, and resident event planning, ensuring effective engagement and growth for PAC’s portfolio.

Willem graduated from the University of Florida, where he developed his foundational skills in property management. Go Gators!
